If we are a good fit, we’ll provide a simple letter of intent with all the key terms of what a sale would look like. There is also a confidentiality clause so you know all your information will be secure.

If the Letter of Intent is a mutual fit, we’ll begin collecting information on the business and prepare the formal Asset Purchase Agreement with all the details of the sale. Everything remains discrete and confidential.

When you are ready and just prior to closing we’ll introduce Stress-Free to your team. We generally increase employee pay and offer new benefits, so this always goes smoothly. We know how sensitive this moment is - we’ve done it many times and know how to do it right to help put everyone at ease.

This is the easy part. We use a third party escrow service to help streamline the closing process and ensure your funds are safe. They are wired directly into your account. You can literally sign the docs on your phone.

We keep the shop continuously open and you get paid for any work-in-progress that is still open. We slowly introduce customers and employees to Stress-Free as we add Stress-Free amenities to places like the customer area and technician break room. This is the fun part, and you get to go enjoy your retirement or whatever you decide to do next.
